Position Summary:

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of $32 to $40 per hour, paid semi-monthly.

Alongside attractive compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental and vision plans, a 401(k) retirement scheme, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults in pre-owned vehicles
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to effectively identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Liaise with service advisors and customers to clarify repairs and recommendations
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician, ideally in a dealership environment
  • Must possess personal tools
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and components
  • Capability to interpret and adhere to technical manuals and diagrams
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
