Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist PRN to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As an Occupational Therapist PRN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically related disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a continuum of services to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically related disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of patients.
  • Utilize rehabilitation processes to address mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy, and neuromuscular reeducation.
  • Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.
Requirements
  • Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab unit settings.
  • Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association is required.
  • Current Colorado state licensure in occupational therapy is required upon hire or within 3 months.
Work Environment

This PRN position will work 8am-5pm, with some weekend coverage needs (1 hour coverage for an inpatient evaluation). This is a new grad friendly role, and we are interested in candidates with inpatient, outpatient, or hand therapy experience.
