Job Summary
Columbia Gorge Education Service District seeks a highly skilled and dedicated professional to serve as a Bilingual Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant. The successful candidate will partner with early childhood care and education providers, supporting their capacity to foster healthy social-emotional development in young children.

About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will provide relationship-based preventive interventions to promote the mental health of infants and young children. You will work closely with providers and other caregivers to address behaviors that put children at risk of suspension or expulsion. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing written intervention strategies and supporting implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide consultation services to early childhood care and education providers
* Develop and implement written intervention strategies to support provider efforts
* Collaborate with providers and caregivers to address concerns related to infant and early childhood development
* Participate in ongoing communication and training activities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
* Master's degree in mental health or related field
* Endorsement in Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health (IMH-E or ECMH-E)
* 1-2 years of experience as a mental health professional (preferred)
* Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
