Job Summary

Your expertise in counseling, case management, and psychotherapy will enable you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

About Us
Mid-Columbia Center for Living is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) that specializes in providing services that are both trauma-informed and recovery-oriented to persons/consumers with mental illness and addictions. Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to delivering high-quality care that addresses the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide crisis counseling and intervention services to individuals, couples, families, and groups
* Conduct assessments and develop service plans to address the unique needs of each client
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination of care
* Participate in all team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress

Requirements
* Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field AND 2 years of experience in behavioral health counseling
* Certification as an alcohol and drug counselor (CADC 1 or CADC 2) is preferred
* Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to maintain an acceptable driving record
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Working Conditions
This position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will be required to navigate unimproved terrain, climb stairs, and work in various settings, including office environments and community settings. Universal precautions and awareness of potential safety concerns are essential to this role.
