Job Summary

Kelvion Products Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Production Associate. This role involves assembling and/or building units, working with minimal supervision and cooperating in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and read, understand, and follow routings and work instructions.
  • Read basic manufacturing drawings and prints.
  • Setup and operate machines according to work instructions and job routers.
  • Assist other employees in setup and operation functions as needed.
  • Identify improvements of methods that will increase quality and profitability.
  • Provide information as requested to other departments to facilitate the completion of work projects.
  • Understand and comply with all facets of the Health and Safety Program.
Responsibilities - Safety
  • To help ensure that all employees go home safely at the end of their working day.

  • To ensure Kelvion's Standard of Excellence, which includes quality, is incorporated into every product we produce.
  • Will adhere to all quality requirements that are inside of the Quality Management system.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Prior machine operation experience preferred, but not required.
  • Should have basic math and reading skills.
  • Prior exposure to lean-manufacturing environment preferred.
