Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing independent supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Implement care plans consistently and effectively, focusing on resident-centered outcomes and utilizing all available resources for resident and family counseling and discharge planning.
  • Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Specialists, and other personnel to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to share information relevant to changing care plans.
Requirements
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
  • Demonstrate understanding of state and Federal rules and regulations governing nursing practices.
  • Ongoing pursuit of Continuing Education Credits in clinical subjects, management, personal growth, and development.
