About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Associate (RCA) to join our team at Avalon Springs Health Campus. As an RCA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Daily Living Activities: Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed.
  • Support with Meal Service: Assist with meal service, including transporting residents to and from the dining room, delivering trays, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Respond to Resident Needs: Respond promptly to resident call lights and ensure that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Staff: Maintain open communication with Nurse Supervisors/Charge Nurses to report any changes in resident condition, concerns, or grievances.
  • Provide Companionship and Engagement: Offer companionship, communication, and engagement in activities to enhance the overall well-being of our residents.
  • Assist with Personal Care: Assist with personal care responsibilities, including toileting, incontinence care, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Certifications: None Required
