Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Faculty Member to join our Simulation and Skills team at Joyce University of Nursing and Health Sciences. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for providing hands-on, experiential training in our state-of-the-art simulation center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement immersive, real-world simulated scenarios to help students develop valuable technical skills.
  • Guide students through interactive learning environments, incorporating the organizing principles of Joyce University's programs.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide documented feedback.
  • Maintain a commitment to lifelong learning and content mastery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in nursing education.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching and simulation skills.
Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Nursing.
  • Unencumbered RN license in the State of Utah.
  • Preferred qualifications include APRN or equivalent experience, as well as 2-3 years of teaching/simulation experience.
