This role presents a chance to lead analytical initiatives, craft influential intelligence deliverables, and significantly contribute to national security efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Advanced Targeting & Analysis: Employ your sophisticated targeting abilities and practical experience in pinpointing and leveraging vulnerabilities within networks. Conduct thorough analyses across various intelligence domains, including Counterterrorism (CT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT/PAI), and political/military evaluations.
- Intelligence Production: As a Senior Intelligence Analyst, you will be tasked with researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for high-ranking officials. Your responsibilities will encompass counterterrorism (CT) and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military assessments, and support for targeting operations.
- Collaboration with Fusion Cells: Collaborate with other intelligence entities to thoroughly prepare teams for the exploitation of adversary personnel. You will also create post-screening analytical products and evaluations that aid targeting initiatives and threat assessments.
- Support for Special Operations Forces (SOF): Generate intelligence evaluations and products that are essential for deployed SOF Task Forces, facilitating the F3EAD targeting cycle. Your insights will ensure these forces have the actionable intelligence necessary for mission success.
- Global Operational Readiness: Maintain readiness for global deployment on short notice to hazardous duty or combat zones. Deployments may require functioning in permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while enduring austere conditions for extended durations.
- Expertise in PAI: Research, develop, and present PAI intelligence products at both tactical and operational levels. Utilize your advanced understanding of open-source research methodologies and social media tools to stay ahead of emerging trends and threats.
- Innovative Research Techniques: Remain at the forefront by investigating new open-source and social media applications. Collaborate with industry and academic experts, and engage with other government agencies to identify innovative social network analysis methodologies, techniques, and analytical tools.
- Multi-INT Fusion Support: Identify and assist in the collection of open-source data to enable multi-intelligence fusion analysis in a cooperative environment.
- Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years of analytical experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) or equivalent government agencies, with at least five (5) years at the operational level.
- Technical Skills: Highly skilled in utilizing current intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases to enhance analytical efforts and product development. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Targeting Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the F3EAD Targeting methodology, with the capability to lead analytical initiatives resulting in comprehensive intelligence products.
- Analytical Expertise: Solid background in regional analysis, geopolitical analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT analysis, and a thorough understanding of social media applications and open-source research techniques.
- SOF/CT Background: Experience with Special Operations Forces (SOF) and/or Counterterrorism (CT) intelligence is highly desirable.
- Clearance & Readiness: Current Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication, valid U.S. passport, and the ability to meet all pre-deployment requirements, including medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screenings. Must be able to obtain all necessary immunizations as required by the contract.
- Operational Flexibility: Be prepared to sit, talk, listen, and frequently walk, use hands, and reach with arms as part of daily job functions.
- Mobility: Occasionally required to stand and lift/move up to 30 pounds. Must complete all medical examinations required for temporary duty or full-time deployment as needed.
