AEVEX Aerospace is seeking a Senior Publicly Available Information (PAI) Intelligence Analyst to spearhead critical intelligence operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advanced Targeting & Analysis: Employ your sophisticated targeting capabilities and practical experience in pinpointing and leveraging weaknesses within networks. Conduct thorough analyses across various intelligence domains, including Counterterrorism (CT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT/PAI).
  • Intelligence Production: As a Senior Intelligence Analyst, you will be tasked with researching, developing, and delivering intelligence products for senior leadership. Your contributions will encompass counterterrorism and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, and support for targeting operations.
  • Collaboration with Fusion Cells: Work alongside other intelligence entities to prepare teams for the effective exploitation of enemy personnel. You will also create analytical products and assessments that bolster targeting strategies and threat evaluations.
  • Support for Special Operations Forces (SOF): Generate intelligence assessments and products that are essential for deployed SOF Task Forces, facilitating the F3EAD targeting cycle. Your expertise will ensure these forces receive actionable intelligence necessary for mission success.
  • Global Deployment Readiness: Maintain a state of global readiness and be prepared for deployment to hazardous duty or combat zones on short notice. Deployments may require operating in various environments, including permissive, uncertain, or hostile conditions.
PAI-Specific Duties:
  • Expertise in PAI: Research, develop, and present PAI intelligence products at tactical and operational levels. Utilize your advanced understanding of open-source research techniques and social media applications to stay ahead of emerging trends and threats.
  • Innovative Research Approaches: Remain at the forefront by investigating new open-source and social media applications. Collaborate with industry experts and other government agencies to identify innovative methodologies and analytical tools.
  • Multi-INT Fusion Support: Identify and aid in the collection of open-source data to enhance multi-intelligence fusion analysis in a collaborative setting.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years of analytical experience within the Department of Defense or equivalent government agencies, with at least five (5) years at the operational level.
  • Technical Skills: Highly skilled in using current intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product creation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Targeting Knowledge: Strong understanding of the F3EAD Targeting methodology, with the capability to lead analytical initiatives resulting in comprehensive intelligence products.
  • Analytical Expertise: A solid background in regional and geopolitical analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT analysis, and a thorough comprehension of social media applications and open-source research techniques.
  • SOF/CT Background: Experience with Special Operations Forces (SOF) and/or Counterterrorism (CT) intelligence is highly desirable.
  • Clearance & Readiness: Current Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication, valid US passport, and the ability to meet all pre-deployment requirements.
Physical Requirements:
  • Operational Flexibility: Must be able to sit, talk, listen, and frequently walk, use hands, and reach with arms as part of daily job functions.
  • Mobility: Occasionally required to stand and lift/move up to 30 pounds. Must complete all medical examinations necessary for deployment.
