About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional food experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and manage kitchen personnel to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities to meet budget requirements and execute company-delivered programs.
  • Select and develop recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
  • Oversee special catering events and provide culinary instruction and demonstrations as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related position.
  • 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience.
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession.
  • Experiential knowledge of management of people and/or problems.
  • Excellent oral, reading, and written communication skills.
