About the Role

Kforce Inc. is seeking a highly skilled C# Developer to join their development team in a dynamic and challenging role. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software systems and applications, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to gather and clarify requirements, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues, and implement effective solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and tools, and apply this knowledge to enhance development practices and improve system efficiency.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and coding complex projects, with a demonstrated understanding of the full project lifecycle.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as C#,.NET, JavaScript, Java, Microsoft SQL Server, MS Reporting Services, T-SQL, Microsoft Office, and flow-charting tools.
  • Soft Skills: Highly motivated, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective time management, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
