Job Summary:

Prysmian Group is seeking a highly skilled Operations Excellence Manager to lead the execution of the Continuous Improvement project portfolio. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership in facilitating, supporting, and/or leading Teams using C.I. tools to achieve planned SQPDIC goals and financial-industrial business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of the Continuous Improvement project portfolio, driving strategic initiatives to enhance Engagement, Business Agility, and Empowerment at all levels within the region.
  • Develop and implement Breakthrough Kaizen Methodology in conjunction with 4 Disciplines of Execution, training and leading local teams on its correct and practical application.
  • Mature and harmonize Daily Management Methodologies (Tiered Communication Process, Gemba, LSW, LPA, and 6S + RTFT Board) to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate expert knowledge in TPM, VSM, PULL Systems, Theory of Constraints, Hoshin Kanri, and other Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies to drive business excellence.
  • Collaborate with local leadership to develop an improvement roadmap to advance maturity, leveraging the Operational Excellence Assessment (OEA) to evaluate maturity level against internal and enterprise-wide performance standards.
  • Report on quantitative and qualitative analysis of high-level key operational indicators and C.I. methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement or promote change.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical) or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience leading and managing a team, with a proven track record of meeting timelines or proactively adjusting to achieve planned goals.
  • Experience using data analysis to drive improvements through the application of Lean and/or Six Sigma tools and concepts; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or above.
  • Project management experience with proficiency in SharePoint, Power BI, and Statistical tools (e.g. JMP or Minitab).
  • Strong analytical background, with expertise in 7 Quality tools, SPC, Hypothesis Testing, Regression, and Correlation Analysis.
