We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Professional to join our team. As a Home Care Professional, you will provide support and care to our clients in their homes, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

**Responsibilities**
* Provide support and care to clients in their homes
* Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Prepare meals and snacks
* Assist with medication management
* Provide emotional support and companionship
* Maintain a safe and clean environment
