Optimal Home Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide services to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing each patient and developing an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with ethical and professional standards of conduct as set forth by the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
  • Demonstrate treatment skills that are rooted in evidence-based practice guidelines while balancing both patient and provider expectations and needs
Benefits

Optimal Home Care offers a competitive salary range of $65-120 per visit, depending on visit type. We also offer full-time benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and EAP.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must hold an active license to practice in the state of Colorado and have at least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist. You must also possess adequate and effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as adequate and effective interpersonal skills.
