Nurse Residency Program
Sentara's Nurse Residency Program is a 12-month program designed to support new graduate RNs in their transition to practice. The program provides a comprehensive learning experience, including clinical rotations, didactic education, and mentorship from experienced nurses.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Nurse Residency Program, applicants must be new graduate RNs with less than one year of practice experience. Qualified applicants will be considered for the program based on their academic performance, clinical skills, and personal qualities.
