Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and accurately diagnose vehicle issues.
- Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Provide detailed estimates for time and parts required for repairs.
- Stay updated with new technical information and techniques through training sessions.
- Repair and replace mechanical and technological components as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all dealership-owned tools are accounted for.
- Additional duties may be assigned based on skill level and certifications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of automotive repair experience.
- Experience with GM vehicles is a plus.
- Versatile skill set and ability to perform a variety of tasks.
- Familiarity with shop equipment, including diagnostic tools and A/C systems.
- Must possess own tools and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED required.
