We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/Test Center Proctor to join our team at Stanbridge University. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and ensuring the smooth operation of our test center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Coordinate test schedules, prepare test materials, and ensure the security of candidate information.
  • Supervise the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities.
  • Inspect examination rooms to gauge suitability for impending exams.
  • Verify candidate information, ensure only approved candidates appear for tests, and provide test instructions.
  • Proctor the exam room, ensure candidates do not indulge in misconduct, and maintain security of candidate information.
  • Communicate and work alongside the Admissions and Student Services Departments.
  • Administer tests at the assigned testing station, grade Accuplacer and ATI entrance exams, and take yearly renewal for CollegeBoard and ATI Proctor Certification.
  • Retrieve documents from filing systems, handle requests for information and data, and prepare written responses to routine inquiries.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of service to students.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office software.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Excellent professional demeanor.
Work Environment

This position is located in a standard office/classroom/lab or clinical setting. The incumbent regularly sits for extended periods and is subject to contact with others, frequent interruptions, noise from talking or office equipment, and demanding timelines.
