Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate RN Nurse Graduate to join our Inpatient Observation Unit. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the evaluation of patient status by reporting vital signs and response to nursing interventions.
- Administer medications under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Perform CPR as needed and follow institutional infection control guidelines.
- Implement established institutional/unit policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Completion of an organized staff development program, including skills validation and evaluation of competence.
