We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse Graduate to join our team at the University of Maryland Medical System. As a Nurse Graduate RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and developing your nursing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Registered Nurse in patient status evaluation by reporting patient information such as vital signs or response to nursing actions such as pain management interventions.
- Administer medications under the direct supervision of an RN.
- Perform CPR as needed.
- Follow institutional infection control guidelines.
- Follow established institutional/unit policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
Qualifications:
- RN Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
- If graduate is completing the initial examination: testing must be completed within 90 days of the date that the graduate completed the school nursing program.
