Eligibility Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the capability to secure and uphold a government suitability clearance.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with RPA business process analysis and documentation is advantageous.
  • Experience with automation and robotic tools, including UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, is preferred.
  • Proficient in conducting workshops with subject matter experts to comprehend the complete process while identifying automation obstacles and evaluating the process's automation potential.
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the RPA delivery cycle.
  • Prior experience in SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies covering requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal RPA development team to ensure accurate mapping of requirements suitable for development.
  • Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies related to the process.
  • Experience with Visio or similar workflow documentation tools.
  • Previous involvement as a business analyst on an Automation/RPA team is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capacity to dissect complex requirements to formulate advanced technical and functional solutions.

  • UiPath Business Analyst Certification.
