The Customer Service Representative role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with ideally three to six months of relevant experience. This position entails a variety of responsibilities to assist with the financial transactions of the branch, including:

  • Processing deposits and withdrawals
  • Cashing checks within established guidelines
  • Issuing cashier's checks, money orders, and certified checks

The compensation for this position starts at $18.00 per hour, contingent upon experience and qualifications. (This range may be adjusted for candidates with substantial experience.)
