Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer for our Saw/Seal division. This position is an essential part of our crew, performing a variety of manual tasks to support various construction activities. This is a physically demanding job that requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physical labor activities, including lifting, pulling, pushing, and/or carrying different types of objects/materials.
  • Perform tasks such as concrete cutting, joint taping/backer rodding, joint rehab, and crack sealing highways, runways, and parking lots.
  • Use or learn how to use different hand and power tools.
  • Ensure the practice of safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA.
  • Be dependable, reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Prior experience as a laborer or equivalent experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens and background check, including MVR.
  • Must be in a union or be willing to join a union.
