Position Summary:
The Rehabilitation Therapist will work under the guidance of the Team Coordinator and/or Clinical Specialist, along with the leadership of the Rehabilitation Therapy Services Inpatient Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize objective evaluation methods to assess patients' occupational limitations and medical conditions.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at restoring patients to their highest level of function.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient and team outcomes.
- Advocate for improvements in service, departmental, and hospital systems to elevate patient care standards.
- Align with the organization's goals and objectives to ensure operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current State licensure as an Occupational Therapist is mandatory.
- Certification as a Hand Therapist (CHT) is preferred.
- AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification is required.

Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred.
- Outpatient experience with hands-on therapy is advantageous.
- Successful completion of clinical internships as mandated by the academic program is essential.
