**Job Summary:**

We seek an experienced Behavioral Health Therapist / Counselor to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our staff, you will facilitate therapy and psychoeducational groups, provide individual counseling, and develop tailored clinical treatment plans for each client.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Group and Individual Therapy: Facilitate therapy and psychoeducational groups as assigned, providing a supportive environment for clients to share their experiences and work towards recovery.
  • Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation, meeting Joint Commission and AZBBHE standards, to ensure seamless communication among the treatment team.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement clinical treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and treatment goals, working collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive services.
  • Client Support: Provide individual counseling to assigned clients, responding appropriately to crisis situations and offering immediate intervention when needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • Licensed or license-eligible by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
  • Experience in facilitating group and individual therapy sessions, with a strong understanding of chemical dependency, co-occurring disorders, and trauma.
  • Excellent clinical documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and current records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing open communication and effective collaboration.

**Benefits Package:**

  • A competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

**Location and Schedule:**

  • The successful candidate must be able to relocate to Prescott, AZ 86301 before starting work.
