Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our Blended Mobile Crisis Team in Gainesville, GA.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct crisis assessments, including child and adolescent addendum and Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS)
- Respond to crisis calls within an average of 60 minutes and assess for safety
- Develop crisis safety plans and facilitate linkage to appropriate care
- Provide follow-up services within 24 hours of crisis disposition
- Complete necessary documentation to meet regulatory requirements and facilitate reimbursement
- Valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
- Valid Driver's License and Auto insurance
- Computer literacy and ability to maintain licensure, training, and certifications
- Experience working with individuals with mental illness, emotional disorders, and substance-related disorders preferred
