About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
  • Restock shelves, process inventory, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team dynamic.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining store equipment and facilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Availability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
