We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Fairview Health Services. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating children of all ages, from neonates to older children, in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess children's communication and swallowing skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and research

Requirements:

  • Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensure in the state of Minnesota
  • Active Basic Life Support certification
  • Experience working with pediatric populations and infant feeding skills
  • Preferred: completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and experience with feeding therapy training and infant feeding skills
