We're looking for an experienced Accounting Associate to join our team at Persolvent. As a key member of our finance department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process invoices, credit cards, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, using your expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
