Current Opening

We have an immediate vacancy for a Night Production Operator. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. This role operates on a 2-2-3 schedule from 4:20 PM to 4:30 AM, with a competitive pay rate of $23.30 per hour, plus an additional $1.50 shift premium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate in various areas of the facility, managing ingredients and finished products through measuring, batching, mixing, bagging, organizing, and stacking.
  • Ensure the warehouse and production floor are kept organized and tidy.
  • Uphold safe working conditions for all employees, adhering to state and federal regulations regarding health and safety.
  • Commit to safety practices, ensuring every employee leaves work in the same condition as they arrived.
  • Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and comply with corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
  • Demonstrate the values and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America through integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Comply with all DFA Quality, Safety, and GMP policies and procedures, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Participate in required training sessions, including Safety, GMP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Safe Quality Foods (SQF).

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
