Current Opening
We are currently seeking a Night Production Operator. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. This role operates on a 2-2-3 schedule from 4:20 PM to 4:30 AM, with a competitive pay rate of $23.30 per hour plus an additional $1.50 shift premium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate in various areas of the facility, managing ingredients and finished products through measuring, batching, mixing, bagging, organizing, and stacking.
- Ensure the warehouse and production floor are well-organized.
- Maintain safe working conditions and comply with all state and federal health and safety regulations.
- Commit to safety, ensuring every employee leaves work in the same condition as they arrived.
- Adhere to DFA's good manufacturing practices (GMP) and comply with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
- Uphold the values and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America through honesty, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Follow all DFA Quality, Safety, and GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformities.
- Participate in required training, including Safety, GMP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Safe Quality Foods (SQF).

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
