Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, making necessary repairs and adjustments
- Clean and maintain equipment, including filters and coolant systems
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced maintenance staff
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with CNC grinding equipment
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and basic mechanical principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with team members
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
