Clinical Nurse Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on the assessed needs of patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Identify and prioritize patient, unit, and organizational priorities.
- Adhere to all compliance and policy requirements of the organization.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- One year experience as a registered nurse.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
