Onward Search is a leading provider of innovative staffing solutions. We're seeking a skilled Architectural Photography Manager for our client, a renowned Commercial and Real Estate Marketplace.

This is a full-time role based in our client's Miami, FL office. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of up to 10 photographers to ensure consistently high-quality performance and adherence to strict standards.
  • Streamlining workflows and conducting regular quality audits to maintain exceptional service excellence.
  • Providing prompt responses to client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement through performance metrics.
  • Delivering coaching on new technologies, photography techniques, and company procedures to team members.
  • Coordinating with IT to resolve technical equipment issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate appointments and ensure seamless service, with some regional travel required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • At least 5 years of management experience leading teams of 6+ individuals.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage remote teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficient in analyzing KPIs and performance metrics.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
