Position Overview

*This is an ON-SITE role.

Key Responsibilities:

Specific duties will encompass, but are not limited to:
  • Advising clients on tax strategies and solutions aligned with their business objectives
  • Engaging with clients and preparing intricate tax returns
  • Supervising a team of tax accountants and bookkeepers, reviewing their work and tax returns
  • Consulting with business owners and clients on tax planning and related matters
  • Leading and overseeing client engagement teams
  • Providing tax technical training to team members
  • Conducting research and addressing tax inquiries from clients
  • Performing analysis for retirement planning

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA certification is mandatory
  • Over 10 years of tax experience, ideally in external tax accounting
  • Proficient in technical writing and research
  • Ability to operate efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and tax software
  • Client-focused approach
