About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Associate Real Estate Photographer to join our team in Memphis, TN. The successful candidate will have a strong background in photography, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing efforts by capturing high-quality 3-D virtual tours and footprints for residential and commercial properties
  • Create a portfolio of photographs that showcase homes and apartments in the most appealing way possible
  • Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to meet client demands and maximize appointments
  • Communicate effectively with clients, sales teams, and management to evaluate priorities and initiatives
  • Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed while navigating one-mile square grids
  • Abid by safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment
  • Represent clients professionally at all times

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional real estate photo experience, with field experience preferred
  • Experience working as a professional photographer or recently earned degree in photography
  • Ability to accurately capture and enter data
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Apps
