Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team as Regional Van Truckload Drivers. As a Regional Van Truckload Driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight across the eastern 37 states, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a company-owned van truckload truck across the eastern 37 states
  • Haul freight for a variety of customers, including food, beverages, and other consumer goods
  • Deliver high-quality service to customers, including on-time delivery and accurate documentation
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Meet or exceed productivity and safety standards
Benefits:

  • $2,500 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers
  • Paid orientation
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
Requirements:
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • HazMat endorsement preferred
  • Passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities
