Position Overview

Registered Psychology Associate
Flexible Full-time or Part-time Opportunities Available

As a Registered Psychology Associate, you will deliver therapeutic services to individuals and groups across various age demographics within a clinical setting. You will collaborate closely with a Clinical Psychologist to conduct assessments and formulate behavior intervention strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a designated patient caseload for one-on-one therapy sessions
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions as part of the inpatient therapeutic program
  • Contribute to the development of treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure effective communication with families and the treatment team to enhance patient care
  • Design behavior intervention plans and provide training to staff on their execution
  • Support crisis intervention efforts as needed
  • Complete therapy documentation on the same day services are rendered
  • Participate in monthly meetings, treatment team discussions, and other mandatory gatherings
  • Maintain precise record-keeping in line with Brook Lane policies and regulatory standards
  • Assist with staffing needs in Partial Hospitalization or Residential Programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Maryland Board of Examiners of Psychologists designation as a "Registered Psychology Associate" is mandatory
  • Proficient technology skills, including experience with electronic medical records
  • Commitment to maintaining continuing education units (CEUs) for licensure
