Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct all Global FP&A operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with the CFO and CEO to craft and uphold the company’s financial narrative, ensuring effective communication across various platforms.
  • Prepare comprehensive board materials regularly, including results consolidation, presentations, M&A modeling, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Establish and assess top-level metrics, reporting outcomes and analyzing essential business indicators such as bookings, ARR, churn, and P&L results.
  • Support product teams in driving sustainable growth and enhancing margin efficiency.
  • Engage with global sales and marketing teams to set operational targets, improve expense efficiency, optimize marketing ROI, and boost sales productivity.
  • Foster a robust pipeline of FP&A talent within the team, promoting professional development within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in FP&A or similar financial analyst roles.
  • A proven track record of delivering strategic insights in a complex technology landscape.
  • Strong financial acumen combined with analytical skills to influence financial outcomes in a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal, for effective interactions with internal teams, executive leadership, and board members.
  • Experience with budgeting, planning, consolidation, and reporting/business intelligence systems.
  • Background in the cyber industry is advantageous but not mandatory; preference for candidates with software tech/SaaS experience.
  • Experience in VC/PE-backed high-growth companies is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills, particularly for complex business systems initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for critical meetings or internal leadership events.
