About The Job:

The Staff Pad is honored to partner with a non-profit healthcare system in Helena, Montana, renowned for its exceptional care and hometown commitment to excellence. As a Paramedic - Ambulance, your primary responsibility will be 911 response, inter-facility transports, public assistance, and Emergency Department support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Patient Care Management: Lead a prehospital multidisciplinary team in cohesive patient care management.
  • Medical Assessment and Treatment: Provide thorough medical assessment and treatment of emergencies, trauma, and environmental incidents.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls to provide immediate care to the ill and injured.
  • Vehicular Operations: Safely operate emergency vehicles in high-stress situations, adapting to various responses and road conditions.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in Emergency Medical Services.
  • Licensure/Certification: State of Montana Paramedic or Registered Nurse licensure required; National certification (NREMT) preferred.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $55,000-$70,000, depending on qualifications and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
