Spectrum Health Services, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Program (CRNP) and be board certified in Family Medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient services for all patients registered to Spectrum Health Services, Inc.
- Provide non-obstetrical care for adult and pediatric populations.
- Conduct physical examinations and follow up on abnormal laboratory results.
- Review patient medical records and elicit information about patient medical history.
- Document patient visits, including physical exams, diagnoses, and plans of action.
- Refer patients to medical specialists as needed.
- Collaborate with staff from other agencies, hospitals, schools, and community services to establish and maintain continuity of care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and assist with after-hours telephone coverage.
Qualifications:
- Three to five years' experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
- Master's degree in CRNP required.
- Board certification in Family Medicine required.
- Current DEA certificate and driver's license required.
- BLS certification required.
