Job Summary

Spectrum Health Services, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Program (CRNP) and be board certified in Family Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outpatient services for all patients registered to Spectrum Health Services, Inc.
  • Provide non-obstetrical care for adult and pediatric populations.
  • Conduct physical examinations and follow up on abnormal laboratory results.
  • Review patient medical records and elicit information about patient medical history.
  • Document patient visits, including physical exams, diagnoses, and plans of action.
  • Refer patients to medical specialists as needed.
  • Collaborate with staff from other agencies, hospitals, schools, and community services to establish and maintain continuity of care.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and assist with after-hours telephone coverage.

Qualifications:

  • Three to five years' experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
  • Master's degree in CRNP required.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine required.
  • Current DEA certificate and driver's license required.
  • BLS certification required.
