Fitness Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador at Orangetheory Fitness. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting our brand, and contributing to the growth and success of our studio.

• Greet and Engage with Members: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all members, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their fitness journey.
• Present the Orangetheory Concept: Effectively communicate the benefits and unique features of our science-based, full-body workout to prospective members, highlighting the transformative power of our program.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, responding to member inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Studio Tours and Introductions: Conduct engaging and informative tours of our studio, introducing prospective members to our facilities and services.
• Collaborate with Trainers: Work closely with our certified trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Sales and Membership Growth: Utilize your excellent communication skills to promote our membership programs, driving sales and contributing to the growth of our studio.
• Member Support and Retention: Provide proactive support to members, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing events and initiatives, helping to promote our brand and services to the local community.
• Studio Maintenance and Organization: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive and motivating environment for members.
