Virtual Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional virtual speech and language services to students in Delaware school settings.
About the RoleAs a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students who require support with communication challenges. Your role will involve assessing and diagnosing speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, as well as developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) to help students meet their goals.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop effective plans to address these challenges.
- IEP Development: Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to create tailored IEPs that cater to each student's unique requirements.
- Direct Therapy Services: Provide high-quality virtual therapy sessions to students, either individually or in small groups, to address specific speech and language goals.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support and accommodations.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly track students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology is mandatory.
- A current Delaware Teaching Certification is optional but preferred.
- A valid Delaware SLP license is essential.
- Experience in providing virtual therapy services is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
The hourly rate for this position is $42+, ensuring a competitive salary for skilled professionals. Additionally, as a 1099 contractor, you can enjoy guaranteed weekly hours and a flexible schedule.
