Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Server at the Hilton Marietta. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome in our restaurant.
  • Take food and drink orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all guests receive their orders accurately and promptly.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that they have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the restaurant, adhering to all health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all guests receive excellent service and that the restaurant runs smoothly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
