We are committed to building and operating some of the world's largest data centers, and we are seeking a highly skilled Master Electrician to join our team.

About the Role

The Master Electrician will be responsible for overseeing and executing complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance. This role requires advanced knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with our Site Managers to lead and supervise a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components, including wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and lighting systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure system functionality.
• Plan and manage electrical projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with other trades and contractors.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of electricians, providing training and guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
• Work closely with operations staff and facility managers to optimize repairs and maintenance efforts.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and installations.
• Be available for on-call duties, 24/7.

About You

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Master Electrician with a strong background in electrical systems and a proven track record of leading and supervising teams. The ideal candidate will have a valid Master Electrician License in the state of employment and up-to-date certifications for the role. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be diligent and hardworking, and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Master Electrician License in the state of employment.
• Up-to-date certifications for the role.
• 7-10 years of electrical experience.
• Completion of an electrician program at a technical or trade school preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Must pass a motor vehicle check.
