About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled RF Engineer to join our team of talented individuals who are changing the way the world communicates. As an RF Engineer at Skyworks, you will be responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RF ICs for high-reliability Aerospace and Defense applications
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing capabilities and operational execution
  • Collaborate with customers, sales channels, and business development to define product strategies and requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and support materials
Requirements:
  • BSEE with 5+ years of experience in RF product development and design
  • Good understanding of RF theory, including components, circuits, and systems
  • Hands-on RF test experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion to win and contribute to a team environment
What We Offer:

At Skyworks Solutions, we offer a competitive salary range of $87,600 - $167,900 per year, depending on relevant experience and skills. We also provide access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and other benefits. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan and certain roles are eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock.
