We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team at MidMichigan Community Health Services. As a federally qualified rural community health center, we provide primary and specialty health care for all, with a particular emphasis on access for the underserved.

Job SummaryThe Family Medicine Physician will provide a full range of Primary Care services, including acute and chronic illness management. This role requires a fully licensed MD or DO dedicated to providing quality family medicine services across the lifespan to patients in an underserved community.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including taking medical history, assessing medical condition, and interpreting findings.
- Develop and maintain quality services and quality improvement programs.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public.
- Supervise nurse practitioners, physician assistants, practice staff, and technicians who are employed by or contracted by Employer.
- Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of an accredited residency program.
- Minimum two years clinical experience.
- Current state license to practice.
- DEA and state controlled substances licenses also required.
