Job Description
In this role as Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will lead manufacturing engineering teams supporting combat vehicle production, focusing on CNC programming, fabrication, and weld process development. You will also oversee tool design, provide support to the production floor, review and implement engineering design changes, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

You will be responsible for developing staffing plans, hiring, training, mentorship, career development, and retention of Manufacturing Engineering staff. Additionally, you will interface with senior leadership, customers, and key stakeholders to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and resolve technical concerns.

This role requires strong organizational and communication techniques, with demonstrated experience balancing multiple priorities to achieve an established timeline. You should be able to identify, define, interpret, and develop new and innovative technical solutions to address engineering problems involving conflicting design/contractual/policy or technical requirements.
