Job Summary:

We are seeking an Engineering and Construction Lead to join our team at United Global Technologies. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. With a strong background in construction management and project planning, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced construction professional with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to closeout. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage and mentor a team of construction personnel
- Collaborate with design engineering to resolve design changes and improve constructability

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., construction management, engineering)
- 11-13 years of practical experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction, cost, and scheduling principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary Range:
$150,000 - $220,000 per year
