Nurses First Solutions is seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team in Tacoma, Washington.

As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing the operating room for surgery by ensuring all necessary equipment, supplies, and instruments are available and in good working condition. You will assist the surgical team by passing instruments, sponges, and other items needed during surgery. You will also anticipate the needs of the surgical team and adjust instruments and equipment accordingly. Maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room is crucial, and you will follow strict infection control procedures. Additionally, you will transport patients to and from the operating room and position them on the operating table. You will assist with the preparation and application of sterile dressings and bandages, document procedures, and maintain accurate records of supplies and equipment used. Finally, you will clean and sterilize instruments and equipment after surgery.
